UDRS is a free service with the aim to help business customers resolve complaints with their utility provider. We consider complaints regarding any telecommunications product or service.
What we do
The Utility Dispute Resolution Service can help you to resolve your dispute. We provide free advice and if the dispute is assessed as suitable and you wish to go ahead we can arrange mediation for you.
There are no waiting lists which means we can help you manage and resolve your issues sooner rather than later!
